Changeover from Trial to Purchased

NancyK wrote on 5/30/2022, 4:40 PM

I did the free trial for Photo Manager Deluxe for 24 hours. I purchased the full program last night but it appears that the trial version is still active (install went through various "repairs") because the full menus are not showing. Next I tried uninstalling the program, then reinstalling it after a reboot but that still didn't give me the full program. What now?

@NancyK

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

When you purchased the software you should have received an email confirming the purchase and including your serial key. Did you receive that?

If so, did you enter the serial key, along with the same email address as you used when you made the purchase, into the Registration screen which should have appeared when you opened the program, I think? If it did not appear, check under Help for any option like Enter Registration key.

If you did not receive the email, and it is at least some hours since you completed the purchase, you could email infoservice@magix.net and ask that they resend it.

Hi

. . . . the full menus are not showing . . . .

In addition to @emmrecs comment for some feature menus to appear you need to be in Advanced mode

Thanks so much. The Advanced mode seems to be the key! Since I’d used the Trial Version first, it obviously defaulted to Easy.
