Unfortunately that is not the full name of the program - see under Help, About for the full name and version number.

Assuming the program is Magix SOS Video Tapes with the Red/White USB converter - then this is an old program that is not compatible with Windows 10 and cannot use the Internet connection protocols it requires to connect to the Magix registration servers - these were dropped several years ago by Microsoft and are no longer available in Windows 10.

If that is so then it is time to upgrade to a Windows 10 compatible version of the software that replaced SOS.

Ok I checked on my computer. here is the detail:

Video easy Rescue Your Videotapes! (Version 9.0)

registered 11.09.2019 on the old computer I no longer have with me(trash)

I'm trying to install that Video easy Rescue Your Videotapes! (Version 9.0) on the new compter with Windows 10 Family.
