@Seppo-Lehikoinen

Hi

This is a public forum, please do not post confidential information which I have removed in the forum.

There was sufficient information for someone to hijack your product and possibly your Magix account.

You may be able to find a download under My Products if you login to your account at magix.com, with the old email address and password you used to purchase/register Photostory, the old email address does not have to exist any more, unless you have lost the password.

If you are wanting to install on Windows 10 then actually installing and getting it to register/activate and run correctly is very unlikely as the product is over 11 years old and Windows 10 is a very different product to Windows 7 which was the version the program was designed to run on.

In which case it may be time to upgrade to the new version of Photostory, however it may not be able to open any projects from the older version if you have any.
