Change MIDI Keyboard Range

I have a Casio keyboard with 5 octaves (60 keys) but my key mapping has some MIDI keys missing inside the key range.

As shown in the picture my keyboard range goes from A to B, some of the functional keys were left out while some grey ones are within the key range.

How do I remap them or fix this flaw?

Just to make the troubleshooting easier:

The right/left arrows change the templates. (Acoustic Drum Kit Pop or Acoustic Percussion GM 1)

and the up/down arrows move the COMPUTER KEYBOARD KEYS octaves up/down. I need to move the MIDI keys range up and down.

 

Keyboard: Casio CTK-810

Windows 8.1 - 64 bits

Transpose the Casio. This should be possible. This is what I do with my small 25key midi controller.
