Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and confidential data, like email addresses, should never be posted here. Hence, I have edited your post.
Any change of registered email address can be made by the user. Go to your Magix account, log in (using your old email address) go to User data and amend the records there to your new email address.
If you cannot access your Magix account, for any reason, you will need to email infoservice@magix.net, give them FULL details of what you are trying to do and ask for their help in making the change.
When registering my product I put in the wrong email address and my product information was never received how do I get them to send my product registration to the right email
Please follow the advice in my reply to the OP, directly above your post, but use the wrong email address in order to log in. Then proceed as advised to correct your email address and find the details of your order in the My products section of your account.
