Capture single frame as a picture

In Magix Movie Edit Pro MX, how can I capture or export a single frame as a picture? I couldn't find it in the documentation although I'm sure there's got to be a way. Probably I'm just using the wrong terminology.

click on "File" then "Export Movie" then "Single frame as BMP/JPG"
