ive tried several times to upload my free soundpacks . i keep getting a system incompatible message. i have a windows 7 64 bit computer......i'm confused and i need the sound pack
Please explain exactly what the steps are that you have been doing to download the soundpools and from where.. We can't see your computer so we can only guess.
You may not have enoough memory...check that. Try downloading 1 package at a time..try that

Are the sound packs being downloaded from the Magix site or Catooh?
Did you try Run instead of Save. I often have to do that as the programs get to 99% and stop and tell me to try downloading again, which still doesn't work. This happens with other programs as well. So I use run and it usually works. Then I have to find out where everything went in the computer.
