Photos wont download/transfer to magix when I connect with usb. Iphone message says accessory not supported. In the past I was able to connect to pc and transfer photos to magix automatically. Now device is not under import. I cant transfer photos. I wonder if using the cloud on iPhone has anything to do with this? How can I transfer my photos to Magix?

I think you may need to direct this question to Apple. Clearly, a recent update to your iPhone has made some change to the security settings. In these circumstances, I don't think there is anything that any fellow-user of the Magix software can suggest to help you!

I don't own an iPhone so hopefully another user who does might be able to offer more direct advice.

I spent a lot of time with Apple and there’s is no problem with other programs. Magix needs an update.

Just for the sake of clarity, no files are ever transferred or imported to Magix (a company, not a product) or to Photo Manager, or to PhotoStory or to Movie Edit Pro, etc. Photo Manager can help transfer the files from a cell photo or camera to a hard disk - not to the program. No photos, video files or audio files are ever "stored' in these programs. They all get stored on a hard drive. Photo Manager simply reads whatever is on the hard drives.

Apple seems to be forever changing the way things work. Use whatever method that Apple iPhone users use to transfer files from the cell phone to a computer hard drive. I use Windows Explorer to copy files from my cell phone (not an iPhone) to my hard drive.

Then, the files will show up in Photo Manager.

Ok I am not very technical. I used to connect my iPhone via usb cable to my PC and Magix would open up be connected to the iPhone and I could import my photos. I can’t do it anymore. Any help with a solution?
