cant redeem credit for instruments

i have watch the tutorial and tried to do it step by step but it will not allow me to redeem and is only giving the option to pay with my credit card even though i have the redeemable credit

@Tomas-Cheng Which instrument are you trying to redeem? There are instruments by third party developers like Dynamedion or Impulse which cannot be bought with a credit. It is mentioned in the description. You can only get instruments by Magix.
