The version of PM which you have is now rather old (the latest release is 13.1.1.12, and that was first available some years ago) so it is highly likely that your version will not run successfully under any recent version of Win 10, sorry.

At the present time the only reference to that error message that I can find is this Google page, none of which seems to offer any help at all, sorry.

Unless another user has more useful information to offer I think you will need to open a Support Ticket, though the age of your product might require you to pay for it.

This issue is indicative of a lack of memory and/or compatibility after upgrading to windows 10.

What is the specification of your computer - see this topic for details of what is required.
