cant find out why my vegas studio 15 platnium will not download

I can down load all programs on the disc but not the movie studio

 

SIDE NOTE ABILTIY TO CONTACT SUPPORT IS THE W0RST!!!!!! SO FUSTRATED AT THIS POINT WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL GIVE ME ADVISE SOON. WHO WANTS TO BE ALL EXCITED ABOUT BUYING SOMETHING AND IT DOESNT WORK AND NO ABILITY TO CALL AND GET A SIMPLE ANSWER
