Cant down load without serial # on line download??? have key # only

I purchased Magix Movie Edit Pro Plus 20 . Did receive a order #xxxxxxxxxx AND A License Key #xxxxxxxxx Did not receive a serial # .I need to get this down loaded or a refund .I bought on March 27,2021

Hi Sabio and welcome to the user to user forums.

You should only need the license key starting with Pxxxxxxxx whatever to activate the program. You can place that into a trial version to activate it fully as well if you need to. If you mean for third party content. Those keys should appear alongside the internal download buttons if you do not have that email.
