Hi. I cant change ration export setting from 16:9 to 4:5. I cropped the video so they fit the movie which is 4:5 (used Selection tool). But it still says the ration of the videos is 16:9. If I try to change the export ratio from 16:9 to 4:5 it just changes back to 16:9. In the flyout window I only have the options 16:9 or 4:3. Thank you for your help!

To do it properly, I suggest that you either start your project with the same ratio (not ration) as your intended export. You want to edit your movie with those settings to get it right.
So, 4:5 is for Instagram. On the startup screen, Movie settings, select Social Media, then select the resolution and aspect ratio. Then just edit normally and when you go to export, the Movie settings will be automatically selected for you.
If your project is already underway, then go to Movie Settings (shortcut E), Movie Settings tab, under Video settings, select Social media, the the resolution and aspect ratio.
Edit.
Done.

I did exactly that. New Project - Social Media - Ratio 4:5. Imported the videos. Their ratio is 16:9. Adjusted the size, cropped them using the section tool. All looks great.
Export - Ratio in export settings shown as 16:9, cannot change this setting to 4:5. Try to adjust movie settings to social media 4:5 (exactly as shown on your screenshot. Press ok. Try to export again. Same thing.

Please show screen shots of the same things that I did.
In the above image, when you click on the dropdown for Resolution and then Ratio, what do you see?
Both have to match. You can get 4:5 if the resolution is 1920x1080.

When you imported the first 16:9 video clip you will get a pop-up message asking if you want to adjust the settings to match the imported video file, if you selected the adjust option, instead of 'Do not adjust' then the project setting was changed to 16:9 ratio, and the export settings also change to 16:9.
