I purchased the magix music maker live samplitude music studio box set in 2016 from best buy. I purchased a new pc and installed the software. when the activation part popped up I couldn't remember my email address I used when I first activated the software help!

Which program are you referring to - Magix Music Maker or Samplitude Studio 2016 or were both bundled together by Best Buy?
I assume you are getting a message that the program is registered to another email address - is this correct ?
If so you will have to contact Magix Sales and ask them to reset the product so you can re-activate.

Yes it's the bundle pack and thank you. I called the number foemagix support and it just kept ringing.
I couldn't find magic sales.The closest thing I found on that site you linked me to is "sales %"
