@Larry-Clarke You need to log into your user account or else your acquired features are disabled. If you cannot log in you can try to go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the old cache of the store and it should help to reactivate all the features.

I logged in as suggested. I ought to explain that I do not have broadband and have to borrow a family member's mobile WiFi hub when I have to do this, as well as when I need to download any updates. I prefer not to be online. I was able to use the program for a number of weeks standalone but again I was presented with the message when trying to load one of my tracks that I was using the free copy. I borrowed the WiFi, loaded the program and was informed that there was an update. I downloaded the 995 Mb and then it restarted. I was then getting the same message. I was asked to put on the serial number which I can't locate. Then it seemed that despite downloading the full update it said I had to start again. This happened two more times. It shouldn't be that I have to be online to use the program. It's very annoying and I guess I will just have to write off the money I have invested.

@Larry-Clarke Music Maker needs to be online when you start the program because all your premium features are connected to your user account at Magix.
