CANNOT UPLOAD BACKGROUND MOVIE ON MY PROJECT

Hello, please I need help with my Movie Edit Pro MX. AS of today it cannot IMPORT a background video file i saved on my computer into my timeline. I get an error message such as Error 0x2F07: cannot find stream in mov. I also have Video Pro X4 it is a similar problem. I need help please.

Hi,

Is the file you are trying to upload a .mov file or something else? If it is .mov, can you play it on any other player? If not, download the latest version of Quicktime.

Upload from www.apple.com the QuickTime player is free.
