I am trying to register my previously purchased SpectraLayers Pro 3.0, but it is forcing me to register online and says I have an invalid license. I DO have a valid license code, but I am never allowed to enter it as I previously was. What's the deal?

I'm obviously entering the correct email and password or I wouldn't have been able to download the file again, verify the registration code and be here at this spot.
