Where did you buy the product?
Exactly which product and version have you bought? And which upgrade?
Is the software installed on your computer?
Do you have the necessary serial key?
When you enter that key and your email address on the registration screen, what happens? A screenshot of any error message you receive would be invaluable, or at least the full wording of it.
