hello, i just purchased acid 10.5. im trying to redeem code to download acid loop collection and it is not working. please help

Where did you purchase Acid Pro?

Where are you trying to redeem code?

Did you try "Help" menu and at the bottom "Download Instruments and Loop Collections"
