cannot purchase items in store page??

Hi, ive been using magix music maker 2019 for a while now and it works fine but i decided to purchase some new soundpools or even try loops unlimited, but when i i click on the purchase button in the store tab nothing ever happens???
the button goes big as ready to press but clicking on it does nothing and i desperately would like to purchase new things.

can you please help.

Hello, Welcome

Did you try, go to "File" > "Settings" > "Program Settings" > "General". Under "Mediapool", select both "Clean up Store..." and "Rescan Soundpools..."
