cannot purchase in shop

I have instruments to redeem and features etc... but am completely unable. Randomly the store's purchase button has an inability to be clicked. I have tried defaulting the software etc, but still, even after updates and such, I can click an instrument in the store to preview but the purchase button does absolutely nothing. MM2020 is allowed through my firewall etc, I've followed advice here for similar issues but no joy. Using the producer planet external site is useless as I can't redeem my things there.

Welcome to the Magix forums.

Two things to try: log out of and then back in to the Store. Any change?
If not, go to Settings (the cog icon)>General Options>Clean up store (lower right hand side of that screen). Any change?

Perhaps combine both steps, i.e. log out, clean up store, log in.

If you still are unable to buy any item in the store I really don't know! Hopefully other users may be able to offer advice or you could open a support ticket via the Support button in the header of every forum page.
