@Timothy-Tetreault Try holding CTRL and SHIFT and double click on the program icon to start ACID. Keep holding CTRL and SHIFT and wait until a small window appears that will ask you if you want to reset the program settings. Do this, and maybe it will work again. I hope this helps.

Tried it... No luck... I think it is an add on Purchase but they don't make it easy to find out about

I want to be able to load and download in Mp3 formats.... shouldn't be too tough... i hope.

@Timothy-Tetreault

Hello welcome

please check if the file "mp3plug2.dll" exists in your Acid Installation.......

C:\Program Files\ACID\ACID Pro 10.0\FileIO Plug-Ins\mp3plug2\mp3plug2.dll

If it is present, try to delete the FFCache2_x64...ini at

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\ACID Pro\10.0\FFCache*.ini

You could also try and disable anti virus to see if that helps.
