@pawel-rutka I suspect that either some Microsoft .Net Frameworks or Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables are missing in your Windows installation.

First, please try to install the .Net framework from here:

https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework

If this doesn't help, try to enable the older .Net 3.5, 3.0 and 2.0 Frameworks in the Windows "Turn features on or off" panel.

If this still doesn't help, try to install the 2015-2022 C++ Redistributables from here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#visual-studio-2015-2017-2019-and-2022
