When i click to install the program i obtain the comment that i have gone to an unsecure site.

Can anyone suggest the issue.. It is NOT the FIRST time with this program i got the same issue with the previous version and was in the process of getting it withdrawn because of the issue and recover what i paid for a service i could not use.
