Cannot install Music Maker 2024 - Empty Error Message

This happens every time I launch the installer.. Not sure what's up.

OS: Windows 11
Processor: Intel i9-13900KF (13th gen, 24 cores)
RAM: 64GB
Disk Space: 8TB NVME (6.4TB Free)
Graphics: Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti

Ran as administrator, turned off UAC, no dice.

@Christopher-Kaelin Is maybe Windows Defenders Smart App Control or the Controlled Folder Access blocking the download? Try disabling them or Windows Defender temporarily.
