cannot install music maker

hello,music maker was installed on parallel desktop for mac .it was fine but after some days it crashes immediately as i open it .I uninstall the program and now I cannot reinstall it.I tried many times as administrator ,but the same issue.Please any help?

nothing is showing,no message,no error!!.I click on the installer but nothing happens. I restart windows.the same issue.
