Cannot install Acid PRO 10.0.4.29

Hello, when I start the program I am asked if I want to update to 10.0.4.29. If I answer yes the download starts and complete correctly, but when I am asked to actually perform the update nothing happens (in both cases if I chose "now" or "when the product close"). Can anybody help? Thanks

hi @cesare-giuliani - head over to magix.com, log in, head to your profile, my products, and download the installer for 10.0.4.29 directly

When I did the update it started trying to update some MAGIX photo software I did not have previously install on my computer. It said it can't upgrade because it could not find the previous MAGIX photo software on my computer. I finally did what sheppo said to do. Go get the installer from your profile in my products.
