To write that you just cannot get this programme to work properly does not really help us, fellow-users, to help you!

First, please read this post and give us a lot more information about your computer and what you have tried to do in the program with what results. Then we may be able to offer advice and suggestions.

Since this is a user to user from no-one here can help you with a refund. You will need to contact whoever you originally purchased the software from to request this.

I am new here, and I indulge this thread to ask 2 questions

1- what is the latest version of this soft, I have version 3, something,

2- is the latest version including Secam? as I have a coupon to upgrade, as the vers 3, has only Pal and Ntsc...which doesnt help me
