CANNOT BURN BLU-RAY DISC

MCK wrote on 9/14/2013, 1:32 PM

Help! I own an HP bd335e External Blu-Ray Disc writer. Having finished a video within Magix Video Pro X5, I now want to burn it onto Blu-Ray (something which I have successfully done before, prior to a factory reset of my PC). But, even though the bd335e is powered up and clearly recognised by my PC as a Device With Removeable Storage, it will not appear on the list of Burners within the Magix software. All I am seeing is my internal DVD drive and "Image Recorder". Can anyone please advise as I have run out of ideas?

Hi

Which version of Windows are you using and is it 32 or 64 bit.

If it is a 64 bit version you may have either:

     -   enable USB legacy support on your computer

     -   install 32 bit drivers for the BD writer.

Thanks. I am running 64-bit. So how do I enable USB legacy support?
