Cannot add media to custom bin

I'm using Movie Studio Platinum 16 (build 142) on Windows 10.

In previous versions, including both Pro and Studio, I have been able to go highlight a specific custom bin, then go to the Explorer in Vegas, select a media file, right-click and click on "Add to Project Media", and it would put that file into the custom bin I'd highlighted. But that doesn't seem to work in Movie Studio Platinum 16. It puts the file in "All Media" and I have to go hunt it and drag it to the custom bin I want it in. I'm working on a feature-length movie with a LOT of media files, so this is an aggravating extra step that I never used to have to do.

Have I missed some setting? Is this a known issue? I have Movie Studio HD 11.0 installed on the same machine, and it doesn't have this problem.
