Cannot access Premium Loops on Magic Music Maker Pro

I've just purchased and installed Magix Music Maker Pro, I can't find any of the premium content loops to download. When I go to the store and click on Download All Purchased Content a box opens with download content but its empty. I have redeemed my code already. I will be grateful if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks Jason

Are you sure that you already choose your soundpools, instruments, presets and functions you want, after you activated your edition like it was explained here, the manual or in the purchase email?
