cancel contract problem

pls help me cancel contract.

i have sent e mail 3 month ago about cancellation ans even i got respond.

Unfortunately payment was took from my account :/

Thank you for your request.

As requested, the contract ACN-52WPC-M9ZMN-FTGA1-JQVKQ has been cancelled and will terminate on 09/10/2018. 

As per the subscription terms, we require one month notice before the subscription renewal date to process a cancellation. As we did not receive notice, the subscription was extended for an additional contract period. A refund for this extension is not possible. We have cancelled your subscription so that it will not automatically extend at the end of the current period.

Please read carefully this quotation from the reply you received:

IOW, Magix says you have to pay one extra month because your notice of cancellation was not received by "one month before the subscription renewal date" so an additional month's payment was required to be made.

However, I see you say you sent an email to cancel "3 months ago". Can you prove that? i.e. do you have the original email on your computer still, showing the date you sent it? If so, reply to the email you've received and attach a copy of your original cancellation email.

If you don't have a copy of that cancellation email I don't think there is any way you can "prove" when you sent it.

Your email to Magix was clearly written and sent on September 9, 2018. Their response, fully in line with their stated terms, says that cancellation will be effective from October 9, 2018, exactly one month from the date of your email. Also in line with their terms, because one additional payment date clearly fell within the period of September 9 to October 9, that payment has been taken.

I'm sorry (and I do understand why you are concerned about this) but Magix has acted fully and completely within the terms of the 365 agreement which you signed up to. I'm afraid there is nothing you can do to change this situation.
