There is no such program as "Sony" Vegas Pro 18. If you mean Vegas Pro 18 from Magix, then you're in the wrong forum. See the Important Posts about this at the top of the forum.

However, rather than posting, go there and simply click on Support, Vegas Pro and read the FAQ's. There is one that tells you how to cancel your subscription.
