Short answer, no, unless you have the correct licenses for all soundpools from Magix/Catooh that you have used. Check their site and look up all of the licenses that you have vs all of the soundpools that you have used. I presume that you have registered with Catooh. Even then, there are a couple of categories of pro licenses and you have to check them. You can consult directly with Magix about all of this, as we are not lawyers, and you may want to consult with your lawyer. Make sure that you are not using one sound by itself, as you are supposed to be creating an artistic work, not just playing a soundpool by itself. Ideally, you should be adding your own original work to the soundpools. Finally, there have been many questions about this on this forum and you should review these and the replies thereto to learn more. Use the Search tool.
This has been discussed a lot of time. If you search you can get the results.
Anyway, here various people got various ideas.
Here is my answer based on what I am told by Magix from time to time.
Magix Music Maker or Soundpool up to version 16 can be used without buying extra license. However, any soundpool from 17 to up will require a license ( can be bought from Catooh this license is known as Audio Pro).
What you are asking is a legal matter therefore it is better whatever information you gather here to re-confirm from Magix.
