can you Fix Moire problem and aliasing with magix pro x

Ive got a great movie im trying ot get on itunes the agregator i hired distribber, they says it has aliasing and raster issues so they dont think itunes will take it , i cant hardly see it when i watch the movie on tv. but can it be fixed in magix pro x software????

You have not given us much information about the resolution, format, etc., of your exported or original file so hard to help.

Was this recorded in HD and exported as SD, or is it exported HD with hires still jpegs in the timeline?

You could try selecting the "Antiflicker filter" in the export template which is actually an Anti Alias filter, before exporting your project prior to uploading to itunes.

Do you mean artifacts such as those indicated by the red ellipse in the image below?

These are de-interlacing artifacts which can occur when converting interlaced footage to progressive and there is movement across the screen or panning.

You can try turning on Interlace interpolation for all video objects on the timeline by right clicking them and selecting the option shown below.

Moire is very difficult to remove, you can try adding a little blur to the clips where it is being seen to minimise it.
