I'm not sure what you want to do. Usually 'linking' text (or image) to URLs suggests a web page when the user clicks on the text (or image) and is directed to the linked URL. I've no idea how text within a video, no mater how it is edited, can be an active HTML link.

A look at the page source of your example includes stuff like: '...Youtube+Trick%29+How+To+Put+Clickable+Links+On+Youtube+Channel...' which reinforces my assumption that active links are web things, nothing to do with the underlying video. Jut like 'image maps' that let you click on different parts of a bitmap image. The links are defined in the html/java scrips, not in the jpeg.
