Hi

We need more information:

  • The full name and version of the product.
     
  • Was the product installed and working and has now stopped or you cannot install it? If it was working what changed on the computer between working and not working?
     
  • The version of Windows on the computer.
     
  • Are you getting any error messages, if so quote the full message, or post a screenshot of the error message?
     
  • See this tutorial to determine if any errors have been logged by Windows for the program. If there is an error message post a screenshot of it.
