I'm a Samplitude proX 7 user, resently l updated my UAD native plugins and I found I can't save changes to them no more, everytime I reopen the projects all the UAD plugins go back to default...I contact UAD but they have no solutions right now since Sampltitude is not the official support DAW...
Anyone has the same issue? Can Samplitude fix this?
@park-wong it's a problem caused by the latest UAD plugins. The Samplitude developers fixed this just days ago in version X8.
Since there are no more updates for X7 your options are to revert to earlier versions of your UAD plugins, or wait until UAD releases a bugfix or to upgrade to X8.
Alternatively, it might work if you use a plugin chainer like Waves Studio Rack. Load Studio Rack first and then load your UAD plugins inside Studio Rack.
You can also try to freeze and unfreeze your tracks which have UAD plugins on them. Maybe the settings will be restored correctly after unfreezing.
