I bought a converter that allows me to record from my tv to my hard drive, as a video input, however, no audio is being recorded. I'm able to hear sound coming from the receptor's input, below the imagem the record level is between 9 and -30, however, when I press "record", In the screen capture menu, it shows "Warning: The audio level is too low (maximum level > -20 dB)" and the audio record level is showing -60dB,

when I change the audio driver from my grabber device to my microphone, I'm able to record, but, with the audio from my mic, not the audio from the tv, which is the one that I want

please help!

I'm on windows 7, using Magix movie Edit Pro 17 Plus - version 10.0.0.33

Thank you!

Hi,

Double click on sound icon (Speaker) on bottom right hand side of your computer screen, this open Volume Control Window,  Options Tab, Properties,  Adjust volume for (Recording) check box all recording boxes, click the Ok button and try to use line in adjust level, if this not work try to use the others possibilities. You can do the same procedure for Adjust Volume for Playback option.

Regards,
