Can't record audio using mic

In Music maker, I can't record audio using my blue yeti mic, the program doesn't start recording when I press record, it just plays the track. Please help :(

Hi

To record from the Yeti mic:

set the track to AUDIO REC as shown below
open the audio recording options indicated by the red arrow below, then select the Yeti mic in the top dropdown - blue arrow and OK.
start recording
