Can't purchase loops

Hello, I always purchase loop packages with a click and purchase button. Lately, I click purchase and nothing happens. The button moves but I am unable to go to the next step.

@angelo-chirico Does it work again if you go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store?

Thank you. I actually deleted and re installed the latest version. It's painfully slow though. I'm at 36% after 45 minutes. I'll give it a try and then if it doesn't work, I'll clean up the store. Thanks Again and I'll let you know.
