@Laurens-vandenBerg Are you logged into your user account? Can you describe what are you doing? Are you trying to download them from the in-app-store. Or do you have Soundpools on your hard drive that you wanto to integrate? Or did you buy Loop packs from Producerplanet.com which are not in the Soundpool format?
@Laurens-vandenBerg You are correct. Please make sure you are logged into your user account. In the welcome screen you can enter your Premium Edition 2023 serial number and then redeem the credits.
Please check out these great explanation videos by the forum user @browj2
Another difficulty: when I open Music Maker I see my account email name in the right top of the screen. When I click on that, I come into another screen but I cant do anytging. All I see is the three flashing stripes in the middle of the screen
@Laurens-vandenBerg Which version of Windows are you using? Are all drivers up to date? Music Maker needs graphic acceleration, so make sure your computer has an integrated graphics processor in your main processor or a dedicated graphics card. In case you use a laptop don't close the lid or Windows will disable graphic acceleration.
I think that something else is wrong. So I did open the start dialog screen as told in the video. On the right of this screen I see my email adres, so I am logged in. ALso I see on the right "Music Maker Free" and "Upgrade now". I think I should do that but when I click on it, nothing happens. Just the three stripes in the middle of the screen are dashing....
@Laurens-vandenBerg Ok, you are logged in but cannot see the "Enter Serial Number" button? Are you using a laptop with a small screen and low resolution? Can you see a scroll bar like in this screenshot?
Did you install all pending Windows 11 updates? Have you tried to reboot your computer?
I changed a setting on the computer and now its works, thank you! So I have to upgrade to Premium now and fill in the serial number? And then download soundpools?
@Laurens-vandenBerg Yes, you probably tried it by now. You just enter your Premium Edition serial number from your order confirmation e-mail, then download all features and redeem the Soundpools you want to use with the free credits. Be aware that each Soundpool credit can only be used once and only for non-commercial licenses (which is no problem if you just want to use the audio loops without selling your songs later).
I recently purchased a new Windows 11 PC. I have installed MusicMaker 2023. The program recognizes my license ( I think) and it seems to be OK to use. However, I am trying to load the Soundpools from my last PC and am unable to. The manual says to click in the Loops gear icon and click "add new soundpools." However, when I click in the gear icon there is no such command there. Can anyone tell me how to load my old Soundpools from my DVD drive? tia
