Can't install Upgrade: Audio & Music Lab 2014 Premium upgrade

Hi.  I purchased Magix's Audio & Music Lab 2014 Premium upgrade recently, and I can't install it.  I click on the file to install, and I get the Installation Manager, which says it is downloading necessary files, and on the left is a rotating blue circle and on the right under progress it says 0%.  That number never changes, though after a while the rotating circle changes to two parallel vertical lines.

I have Zone Alarm, and am wondering if the problem may be connected.  I have told the firewall to allow any program named magix to send and receive, but are there other programs I should allow?

Thanks!

Hi

I have, in the past, had many issues with ZoneAlarm and installing software to the point where I dumped it.

Try turning off ZoneAlarm completely before trying the install again.

John,

Thanks for the advice.  Oddly enough, I decided to try it one more time before taking the risk of shutting down my firewall, etc., and walked off and left it running.  Came back an hour later and it worked!  This after trying it repeatedly last night.  Maybe the server was busy then?
