Can't Install Package on Mac

I registered Analog Modeling Suite and there are now three download links. One is for Windows, one is for Mac, and one is for the manual. The manual is in German, which I can't read. But worse than that, the macOS installer with file name analogue_modelling_suite_plus_int.pkg gives me this error when I try to open it:

"analogue_modelling_suite_plus_int.pkg" can't be opened. You should move it to the trash. I believe it's a security issue, I'm running MacOS Mojave 10.14.6. I'm unsure how to resolve that, it says I have read/write permissions to the file and I have installed several programs that I've downloaded from the internet, not from App Store.

On another note, it seems to be impossible to actually contact support. I would be grateful if anyone could offer a suggestion on the installation, and maybe a hint on how to get a manual in English. Thanks,

Since your question is, essentially, concerned with Installation Problems you really need to address this directly to Customer Support, via the link in the header of every forum page or via this page.

Thanks for the response, I did eventually manage to contact support. I'll add their response here in case it might help someone else. 1st response was to turn off security and try again:

Open the Applications>Utility>Terminal, and then type «  sudo spctl --master-disable » and enter your login password.
Then the Installer can be launched, even if there is still a warning. Once done, to get back to the initial security condition, type « sudo spctl --master-enable » .

-> This works in Mac OS Sierra(10.12) & High Sierra(10.13).
