Can't install on new hardrive, says I have to get activation code

I upgraded from HDD to SSD and I've reinstalled Movie Studio Platinum on my new hard drive, but it won't let me use it. I get a popup to register it, but it's already registered, and I see no option anywhere that I can log in to prove it. After entering and backing out of options I get to one that says to talk to customer service for an activation code. I have an activation code for it, but when I try to use it a popup says it's wrong. I've also tried finding where it's registered, but apparently I didn't take good notes because I can't find it. All I want to do is be able to use my software on my new hard drive without wasting more time. Please help.

Edit: I have images now that prove that I have this product registered since 2017. I also have images of failed customer service attempts, where an error message occurs when I try to send a message to customer service.
