Can't install

I ran the installer on Windows 10. It stopped with an error (it was in German). I uninstalled the program and re-ran the installer. Now I am getting an error saying Acid 10 Pro is already installed and to un-nstall it first. But it is already uninstalled and no longer shows up in Windows Add/Remove programs. Is there a way to get the installer to run under this condition?

@David-Raney I found this on Microsoft's support pages: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed-cca7d1b6-65a9-3d98-426b-e9f927e1eb4d

That is a handy tool--I had no idea it existed. I didn't see ACID in the list of programs in that tool, but there was one called "Name Not Available", and running the troubleshooter on that, ACID seems to have installed (I'm getting a couple of errors but I can work through those). Thank you so much I owe you a beer!!! :D

One question I have not been able to figure out, Is the Stem Maker available in the 10 Pro version? I've seen conflicting information about it--that it was only in a "Next Version" that seems to not exist? And then there are youtube tutorials using it in Pro so there's some confusion here about it.

Edit: OK, I can see from posts that part was removed. Oh well.

@David-Raney Good to hear it worked. A very good alternative for Stem Maker is Spleeter. It is free and creates much better results.

Thanks, I'll check it out. Is that something I have to compile?

@David-Raney You need Python to run it but if you don't want the hassle you can just use the hundreds of free webservices out there that use Spleeter.
