Can't find freeze function / option in Samplitude Music Studio bld. 16

I can't find a freeze track function in Samplitude Music Studio build 16. I read the included help files, there are instructions but I don't get the same result. I see no freeze function. It says it's in the track menu but I don't see it. I've watched youtube videos that show it, but my version doesn't seem to have it. I'm including a screenshot. I'm using Windows 10.

@Kevin-Hartman Can you see it, if you click on the 'Track'- menu in the top menu bar?

Thanks a lot! I truly appreciate it. It works. I just realized, the YouTube video I watched was from 11 years ago so it may have changed.
