Can't find correct Download in my Portal

Hi

I have upgraded to W11 and my Xara no longer works (error -57 - the installation folder may be damaged).

I have logged in to my portal but can't find my product. My W10 image pre upgrade was Xara Designer Pro X v18 . My downloads only show v17. I have downloaded that & successfully registered the software, but I am unable to open the projects I created in v18.

Can you send me a link or update my portal so I can download v18. I need to edit an old website.

Hi,

This is a user forum, not Magix Support, so we can't send you anything.

When you last purchased/upgraded Xara, was it for v17 and then during the year you were able to upgrade to v18 under the Update Service? If so, then, according to the Update Service program, if you have to reinstall beyond the one year period and you have not renewed, you fall back to the version that was available the day that you last paid.

If this is the case, there is no way for you to get v18, but you can renew and get 19.
