Can't export to Mp3 anymore

I'm having an issue exporting to MP3 using 2021 Music Maker Premium. I never had this problem before and now I get a message about upgrading to the 2021 version which I already own. When I check the serial number I noticed that the box was empty so I reentered the number and nothing happened. I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if they found a way to resolve it?

@Keith-Jones It should help if you go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the old cache.

Hi Keith,

Magix Music Maker 2021 may have lost connection to the Magix servers. Please log out and then back in. This usually fixes several problems.


If you are logged in, then you can see which Music Maker edition you are using.

 
You can check yourself which Magix Music Maker you have and is activated.

  • Go to Help / Music Maker Store / Activated content....

  • https://www.magix.com/us/ (login required)
  • my account / my products
  • search for Music Maker Premium Edition (2021)
  • here you will find your serial number.

If you go to Help>About which version of MM is currently installed? MM2021 is version 29, MM 2022 is version 30. I ask because I wonder whether whether the message actually means you now have MM 2022 Free.
