Hi,

On the export screen, make sure that Normalize is not checked. This has been a problem in the past.

Other than that, I don't know. You may want to go through the many messages on the forum.

I'm not saying that this will resolve the problem. You haven't supplied much information to be able to help.

If Normalize is checked, uncheck it.

Thanks, I can see this option because the options to export the song are in grey and I can't do nothing else...

Like I said, you didn't give much information and that information was pertinent. See this message and provide much more information, including the actual version and whether or not it is basic, Plus or Premium, or whatever there was back then.
